What are the ways managers can support employees mental health. This feels like an important topic for pretty much all companies around the world today. I know I am having conversations with AVM Consulting clients on a weekly basis to support their challenges (and mine, I am not exempt) around employee remote management and all that goes along with it. But what of company culture? And how can we better support teams when there is so much outside of work creating anxiety, let alone the regular hurdles of the job itself?
