Anticipating next year's resolutions

Interested in getting into a regular mindfulness practice? Perhaps you want to anticipate your January resolutions, or get yourself a spacious mindset ahead of the end of year and holidays?

I am delighted to announce that I will be hosting several weekend workshops on mindfulness and meditation in the coming weeks (in person!), in Geneva’s old town. Online workshops will follow for those not in Switzerland and you can sign up for details here.

There is limited availability to create intimate groups, and bookings can be made via Meet Up, which you need to join for free in order to register. You can also follow the new group I’ve created on the platform called Mindfulness Meditation Geneva (very original, I know).

The first workshop is coming up this Saturday November 6 at 3pm, An Introduction to Mindfulness. Expect a cosy and supportive atmosphere for beginners and some more in depth teachings for regular practitioners. All details are available on the event page here.

Free guided meditations are also available via Zoom magic three times a week, which you can also register for either via Meetup or via this Calendly link. Everyone is welcome so feel free to join!
